  1. Excellent Post! This is spot on as I applied all this a year ago and lost forty pounds. So many more options to eat better now days. Like peanut butter is great protein,but bad on saturated fat the option of PB2-a powdered peanut butter great protein zero fat….Also Stevia is the best sugar replacement with no sugar spikes.
